The Secret Garden

The Secret Garden is located only 50 meters from Martinborough's town square and is surrounded by half an acre of expansive lawns framed in box hedging, orderly topiaries, and olive trees.

Renovated to catch every second of the day's sun, The Secret Garden is the perfect retreat in summer or winter. Daydream in front of the large open fire or sink into the deliciously deep bathtub on a winter's evening. In the summer take your time over the newspaper and catch a tan on the north-facing veranda or stroll one minute down the road into the village and sample the local wines.

Perfectly positioned for enjoying Martinborough's attractions, The Secret Garden is only moments away from tennis courts, vineyards, golf-courses, cafes, and delightful shops. Every comfort and luxury has been considered – sumptuous cotton sheets, fluffy Egyptian towels, stylish and comfortable furnishings, a home-entertainment system complete with its own collection of videos and DVD's, the latest magazines, free broadband Internet connection, Sky TV, a pool table, and much much more. Outside there is a large outdoor table for dining in the evening sun, a barbeque, and a stainless steel patio heater.

For those who like to cook, The Secret Garden offers a stylish galley kitchen, complete with its own state-of-the-the art European coffee machine and an large dining table for groups to gather around. Coffee beans for the coffee machine are provided along with supplies for a continental breakfast on the first morning of your stay.

The Secret Garden offers three beautifully presented bedrooms - two Queen sized rooms within the house and a Queen sized room located 10 metres from the main house in the Gardener's cottage. The property sleeps up to six people.

The ultimate in privacy and comfort, you won't be disappointed, in fact most guests have to come back for a second and third visit!

Tariffs
The Secret Garden has three queen bedrooms, and sleeps up to six people. Rates are based on a per room basis.

Minimum stay at The Secret Garden is two nights.

• An additional surcharge is applied during high demand events such as Toast Martinborough.
• We do not allow parties to be held at the property.
