No Smoking Inside. If you smoke outside
please put your cigarette butts in
the rubbish before you leave.

Please leave the house in a clean
and tidy state e.g. It would be great
if you could place dirty dishes in
the dishwasher with it turned on
when you leave.

house is for paying guests only.
Whilst we don't
mind if you have friends around for
a visit or lunch etc, the house
is not to be used for parties or
big gatherings. Formal functions
(e.g. weddings) are permitted by
prior arrangement, please contact
us to discuss your plans.

Please
leave the furniture where it was
found. Outdoor furniture lives
outdoors and indoor furniture lives
indoors. This includes stereo equipment
- please don't move the speakers,
stereo cabinet or the stereo cables
at the back of the cabinet.

Please
place rubbish including
wine bottles into
the wheely bin provided.

Damaged items are
to be replaced or be brought to our
attention. Accidents happen - please let us know
about them.

Please
treat the neighborhood with respect. Many
of the houses are owner occupied.

We
need help with the BBQ – The
cleaners are finding it extremely
difficult to clean the BBQ after
it has cooled off. If you use it,
can you please wipe it down with
paper towels while still warm. |
